WHAT WE OFFER
We offer three levels of support for our own and other manufacturers'
oil-free pump packages.
All of our repairs or exchanges include a full 12 month warranty
on parts and labor.
LEVEL 1 - 2 DAY TURN AROUND OF YOUR DRAG PUMP AFTER WE
RECEIVE YOUR PUMP
If you have confirmed a problem with your 5011 or 5010 Alcatel
drag pump, we offer two-day turn around time of your drag pump.
We change the upper and lower bearings of the drag pump with
Alcatel factory bearings, clean and test pump.
LEVEL 2 - FAST REPAIR OF YOU UNIT AT OUR FACILITY
We evaluate units within two days of receipt at our facility,
and most repairs are completed within a few days after approval
by the customer. There is no charge for our evaluation.
LEVEL: 3 - UPGRADE YOU UNIT
We offer an upgrade program wherein we use the customer's drag
or turbopump and power supply to build a new package with a new
industrial grade diaphragm pump and valves. Turnaround time is
usually less than a week for most upgrades.
OUR TRIBODYN REBUILD PROGRAM
The thrust of our TRIBODYN rebuild programm is to improve the
reliability of the pump package. After our rebuild, the pumping
performance is essentially the same as before, but reliability
is improved dramatically. Below is a partial list of users who
have had their TRIBODYN's rebuilt by us. They have told us they
would be happy to comment on the operation of their rebuilt units
to other owners of TRIBODYN pumps.
