LEAK DETECTION
Our turbo pumped Varian PORTA TEST II leak detector is totally
oil free. The sensitivity is 5 x 10-11 cc/min. It has a built-in
calibrated leak, which permits calibration checks to be carried
out in minutes in the field to ensure maximum sensitivity when
in use.

CRYOPUMP SERVICE
We are fully equipped to provide field service for CTI cryopumps
of all sizes. We utilize CTI maintenance manifolds for cold head
decontamination, and we recharge units with 99.999 pure helium
gas. Our helium gas supply bottle includes a 300 PSIG pressure
regulator. Our "FLASH" support stock includes loaner
backups of several CTI cryopump models and CTI compressors.

RESIDUAL GAS ANALYSIS
Residual gas analyzers are powerful tools for fast, positive
analysis of vacuum system problems such as air or water leaks,
contamination from solvents or pump oils, and leaking backfill
valves. Our quadrupole residual gas analyzers have sensitivities
to 5 x 10-14 TORR minimum detectable partial pressure.

Core Service Technology's exclusive "FLASH" support
program is unique in the service industry. Under this program,
our service customers can borrow from our local stock of spare
hardware to get down systems back in operation.
The total new value of our "FLASH" inventory is
in excess of $150,000. Included in this inventory are CTI
cryopumps, compressors, and helium lines; Leybold turbo pumps;
Balzers turbo pumps; Alcatel drag pumps; Balzers, Leybold and
Varian oil-free roughing pumps; Telvac, Hastings, Granville Phillips,
and Varian vacuum gages; and many other items. A detailed list
