GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The H-200 is a totally oil-free, two-stage mechanical pump. It features quiet operation (62 DBA), and very low vibration. It is ideal for roughing and backing wide-range hybrid turbopumps and other applications requiring clean oil-free vacuum.

SPECIFICATIONS

• Two-stage, air cooled, oil-free diaphragm pump with an ultimate vacuum capability of 1.5 Torr.
• Nominal pumping speed is 2.8 cfm (80 1/min).
• Integral high torque motor which permits starting with vacuum at the inlet.
• NW-16 inlet flange. Adapters are available.
• The footprint is 10" x 13". The total weight is 37 lbs.
• Power cord and switch for 115V, 5 amp service.
