LEAK DETECTION
Our turbo pumped Varian PORTA TEST II leak detector is totally
oil free. The sensitivity is 5 x 10-11 cc/min. It has a built-in
calibrated leak, which permits calibration checks to be carried
out in minutes in the field to ensure maximum sensitivity when
in use. error or power failure. |

CRYOPUMP SERVICE
We are fully equipped to provide field service for CTI cryopumps
of all sizes. We utilize CTI maintenance manifolds for cold head
decontamination, and we recharge units with 99.999 pure helium
gas. Our helium gas supply bottle includes a 300 PSIG pressure
regulator. Our "FLASH" support stock includes loaner
backups of several CTI cryopump models and CTI compressors. |
